Reason has created a set of single cycle waveforms for use with Wusikstation and Straightliner VST plug-ins. You can load them up in any VSTi that accepts such a format really. Head over to his site and pick them up. They’re free - and licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 license.
We’ve released a new loop and sample pack we’ve been toying with, which is part of another new series of releases called Derivatives. The packs are designed by creating a small amount of abstract samples, forming them sonically, and then ripping them apart and continuously deriving new loops/samples/sounds from the original material. This first pack was created by recording 5 or so vocal clips, and then we designed the rest based loosely off the originals.(you can’t tell

Keyman Sam @ the KVR forums has released a patch library for Shortcircuit 1 called Shortcircuit
Essentials. He’s put a lot of time and effort onto this library, so do yourself a favor and check it out. Here’s a small blurb from his post:

EDIT: We found a great wordpress widget to handle our release schedule natively for us, and you can see it in the right sidebar, labelled ‘releases‘. If you hover over each item you’ll see a little item description pop open. Hopefully this will be a much better service to our customers.
We’ve decided to go in a different direction regarding our sample and preset library, and in how we are going to present it to the public. At this time, we’ve decided to offer a quarterly or yearly subscription service, as well as make all our release available to purchase individually. This is how it goes:
- [$80.00] Yearly subscription service will include twelve [12] months of unlimited downloads from our library forum server. It will also include two [2] emergency design requests [EDR] which can be used at any time. These are good in case you have a project that you need specific sounds for, or are in a crunch. EDR packs include 24 VST/VSTi presets, or 50 loops/samples. You also get five [5] release requests, which will be reviewed and added to our release calendar.
- [$25.00] Quarterly subscription service will include three [3] months of unlimited downloads from our library forum server. It will also include one [1] release request, which will be reviewed and added to our release calendar.
- Individual releases will be offered also at a nominal fee. Each release will be listed on the front page, in the form of a blog posting with a purchase link.
