Support is handled a little differently @ Manic Studios. Use the contact form, or e-mail us at contact [AT] manicstudios [DOT] net with your support issue. We will contact you directly within 24 hours, and whatever your issue may be, we’ll log it right here on the support page.
Support Information
1. Commercial soundsets are on the way, but we’ve been busy supporting other small developers with sounds.
2. Freeware soundsets are free and commercial soundsets cost money. Donationware is a dumb idea.
3. Manic Studios soundsets are royalty free for any use, but notification is required if used in a commercial project.
4. Do not redistribute Manic Studios sounds or applications for any reason. This violates our EULA agreement.
5. The Creative Commons Attribution-Share Alike 3.0 license will be used for all ‘open source’ projects.
6. If you find any clicks, pops, fuzz, bad loop points, or anything you know shouldn’t be in a sample, please contact us and let us know so we can update the sounds.
